ENG: the NEW Hotel Annabella is situated at 3rd floor of a magnificent old classic Florentine style building in the historical center, very close to the central train station of Firenze S. Maria Novella (100 mt., only 3 minutes walk), nearby the Exhibition Center of Fortezza da Basso, and in front of the Congress Center and the Business Center. The hotel is very near the wonderful Church of S. Maria Novella, the Medici Chapels and the traditional Market of San Lorenzo, next to the marvellous Church of San Lorenzo. The hotel has an elevator and all rooms are equipped with private bath, shower, A/C, telephone, minibar, and satellite TV. There is a nice terrace on the roof with a marvellous view on the city. On demand, it's possible to have rooms with balcony. No night curfew in hotel: concierge service is 24 hours a day. ESP: el NUEVO Hotel Annabella tiene una buena posicion, porque esta' en el tercero piso de un hermoso y antiguo palacio florentino del Centro Historico, cerca de la Estacion de ferrocarriles Firenze S. Maria Novella (solamente 100 mt.) y del Centro de Esposiciones de la Fortezza da Basso (solamente 3 minutos yendo a pie) y enfrente del Palacio de los Congresos y del Palacio de los Negocios. El hotel tiene un ascensor y esta' muy cerca de la estupenda Iglesia de S. Maria Novella, de las Capillas Mediceas y del tradicional Mercado de S. Lorenzo junto a la magnifica Iglesia de S. Lorenzo. Todas las habitaciónes tienen todas las comodidades: baño privado, ducha, WC, aire acondicionado, minibar, teléfono y televisor SAT. Hay tambien una hermosa terraza en el techo con una maravillosa vista de la ciudad. Con petición, es posible elegir habitaciónes con balcón. Il est tres proche aussi de l'extraordinaire Eglise de Santa Maria Novella, des Chapelles de Medici et du Marche' typique de San Lorenzo a' cote' de la magnifique Eglise de San Lorenzo. Das Gebaude ist mit Lift ausgestattet und steht der wunderbaren Kirche S. Maria Novella, Cappelle Medicee (Medici Kapellen) und dem traditionellen S. Lorenzo Markt ganz nah. Das Hotel hat einen Aufzug, und alle Zimmer werden mit dem privaten Bad, Dusche, A/C, Telefon, Minibar, und Satellitenfernsehen ausgestattet.
